Just a quick note to thank you for making class for our daughter Kelsey fun and informative. She truly enjoyed being in your class. We surely will recommend our friends to you.
Thanks again, Kathy C.
The drivers were awesome also!!!!
About your classes and the education:
The classes were a blast. I learned more from you than one of my friends who took the class over at the ‘other’ driving school. The drive times were very beneficial in the fact that I was extremely prepared for the driving test. You were very enthusiastic and that helped the students want to come to class, and enjoy their learning experience. I would recommend all my friends who need to take the drivers education course to go to you.
Good luck, Peter S.
MR. MADDALONI,
I WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO COME INTO YOUR CLASS AND GIVE A DEMONSTRATION FOR THE STUDENTS REGARDING DRIVER SAFETY AND WHAT TO DO WHEN POLICE/EMERGENCY VEHICLES ARE ARROUND.YOU AND YOUR STUDENTS HAD FANTASTIC QUESTIONS FOR ME THAT WERE RELEVANT TO REAL LIFE DRIVING.I HAVE GIVEN DEMONSTRATIONS FOR SEVERAL CLASSES AT THE LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS AND IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE A TEACHER THAT WAS AS EAGER TO HAVE ME IN THE CLASS AS YOU WERE.MOST OF THE OTHER DEMONSTRATIONS THAT I HAVE DONE THE TEACHERS EXPECT ME TO TEACH THE CLASS FOR THEM, YOUR CLASS WAS NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL.IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT YOU HAD PREPARED YOUR STUDENTS FOR THE DAY THAT I CAME TO YOUR CLASS AND THEY WERE EXCITED TO SEE THAT A REAL POLICE OFFICER WOULD COME AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT REAL LIFE DRIVING AND WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE ROAD.I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE TO VISIT YOUR CLASS AND WOULD GLADLY COME IN AGAIN FOR FUTURE DEMONSTRATIONS.
THANK YOU,
OFFICER IRVING #535 BENSENVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
Dear Sir:
This letter is to recognize the outstanding instruction my son received from one of your driving instructors. The instructor I’m speaking of is Mr. Michael Maddaloni, who provided both classroom and ‘Behind the Wheel’ instruction to my son during the past few months. I remember the day my son came home from his first class. He commented on how interesting and fun the class was. He said that Mr. Maddaloni was an excellent teacher who kept everyone’s attention and knowing teenagers like I do, that was extremely important. In the first week, my son also commented on how much he learned in each class. On our drive home from class, he was quick to tell me all he had learned and was always anxious to put it into practice when we would go driving together. As a father and law enforcement officer of 18 years, I completely understand the importance of young people being capable drivers on the road. Therefore, a teenager’s driving instructor is paramount in accomplishing this goal. I love my son very much and realize this training is some of the most important he will receive in his young adult life. It’s obvious to me that Mr. Maddaloni truly cares about his students being the best drivers possible. He took pride in giving him the best individualized instruction possible. Because of this, I feel my son received the best training possible as he prepares to get his driver’s license and begin driving on his own. As owner of your DrivingSchool, I wanted to make sure and thank you for hiring quality instructors such as Mr. Maddaloni. He is a wonderful representative of your school and has been a pleasure to work with. Please pass this letter along to Mr. Maddaloni as I hope it encourages him to continue providing the high quality of service my son received.

Hello Mike,
I hope this email finds you well. Here is a short message regarding our experience with Keith’s work. I apologize it took so long.
Keith was courteous and thorough with his explanations and instructions to our au-pair. He was very patient with her, and took the time to answer all her questions. He is knowledgeable and understands our state’s traffic laws and regulations. He went the extra mile for us by researching the process we needed to complete for my au-pair to obtain a driver’s license. I highly recommend Keith, he is an excellent instructor.
Thanks,
Jen
I just wanted you to know that I have had my license for just about 9 months and that I haven’t gotten any tickets or gotten in any crashes. I think that I am a responsible driver because of you. You taught me a lot in the month that I was in your class. Going to drivers education was always the highlight of my day because going to class was fun. When I would go to class, I would learn a lot because if you have fun while doing something you do better at it. I think that if every driver in the world was taught by you then there wouldn’t be any crashes and everybody would drive smart and drive sober.
Jim R.
Hey Mr. M....thanks again for the lesson...
I thought it was a great experience....I thought your teaching style was a little different, but I still learned everything I needed to....I cant really think of anything that I found wrong with the lesson...u made it fun, and I didn’t feel nervous...
Brett E.
Hey Mr. Maddaloni,
This is Erin. I really do appreciate that you took the extra time to teach me driving. I did learn a lot about the three point turns, uphill and downhill parking, and reverse right turns. I felt that you really wanted me to learn these key points about driving and I am totally fine with that
because I feel the same way. I feel that you did the best you could to help
me understand how to do the skills the right way and I just need to
practice on my own. I can not say thank you enough.
Thanks, Erin
Dear Mr. Maddaloni,
I learned more with you in 15 mins. Than I did with another instructor at a different driving school in both first and second drives. You are the best teacher that I have ever had. You listened to our questions and most important you taught me safe driving. You are an awesome in car instructor as well. I love being in the car with you.
I will come visit you once I get my license. I will get it about May, 2007.
Thanks for teaching me how to drive.
Good Luck with Olivia, LOL.
If you don’t know what lol means it means laugh out loud!

Dear Mr.Maddaloni,
This is Ammara R., and my first drive time with you was on Friday, July 7th. I am sorry for not sending this to you faster. I wanted to thank you for teaching me the correct way to change lanes, and I will practice it throughout most of the week. I felt like I learned a lot in my first drive time, and I will be sure to see things like a block to two away and scan my surroundings more often. Overall I felt more comfortable and less nervous, and because of that I was able to learn a lot better. With my last Instructor I couldn't learn because I was so nervous around him. But now I practice more and want to learn more than I did last time. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Ammara R.
Hey it’s Bridget K. I don't know if you remember me or not but I just thought id thank you for your amazing driving instructions. I had a blast in your class and I also got my license a while ago thanks to you. I just thought that I’d drop you a letter letting you know that you were great, seeing how you’re doing, and thanking you for your effort on teaching me!
Thanks again,
Bridget
I really appreciate you as a teacher, and as a person, Mr. Maddaloni. I had one of the worst days that I've had in quite some time, and today’s class really, I mean really, helped. Not only did I learn every sign and the color + meaning, I felt relaxed, laughed up a storm at some of the stories you shared, and it made the stress of the day just blow on by. Only on day two and I'm looking forward to this class at the end of Mon, Tues, and Wends. I really need to thank you as well, for offering the ride, and dropping me off at my dads meeting. Not many teachers I know have ever done that for me, or any student I know. I also want to thank you so very much for 1, teaching me what I need to know as a driver, and 2, for making the class that most kids might think is boring, fun and exciting.
Your student,
Nick C.
Mr. Maddaloni
Hey, I got bored so I decided to write to you about how much I loved the class. I am going to miss this class so much, even though it is ending tomorrow. Before when I told you that if all of my teachers were like you I would be a straight A student.... because I would actually want to go to class, it was true. You are an awesome teacher. And that one time driving with Amy I must say that I realized how hard your job can really be. You have an extremely dangerous job. You really have an underappreciated job...but I defiantly appreciate what you do. Wow this class was really fun I wish that it kind of wouldn't end. I am going to miss coming to this class almost everyday. I am so telling all of my friends that they HAVE to come to this class. Or else. Well anyways I just wanted to let you know that your class was awesome. I was lucky that I decided to come here instead of the other driving school. I am really happy that I came here too. I honestly wish that the class went longer. Well that is all for me.
Jen S.
Hey Mr. Maddaloni,
It’s Mitch M. I will admit that I miss your class already, it was really fun and I learned a lot. I am really glad I got you as a teacher. I did spend one day in the classroom of another driving school. I walked into the classroom (which smelled like pee and smoke)
And I had a bad feeling about the class. At 6:00, there were only 3
Other students in the classroom, all of who were not even attending school anymore and kind of freaked me out. Then in walked this man who I
Prayed wouldn’t be my drivers education teacher, but was indeed my new drivers
education teacher. He gave a brief overview of how he ran class as he pranced across the room, and I was very disappointed. He said that his class was mostly days where you would come in, not be able to talk, read a whole chapter to yourself, do the review problems, and take the test. All in one day! I cannot learn like that. And this teacher was really freaking me out. He kept on sitting on my table where I was taking a test and leaning over me. I was never going to come back to this place, and the class finally ended after forever. We got outside, and all of the students were smoking right outside the class room. This whole 1 class day was a horrible experience, and I explained to my parents how I was never going back there. They somehow got their money back, and I went to one of your class’s and loved it. Your class went buy so quick, and I learned a lot. Thank you for keeping
class fun.
From, Mitch M.
Dear Mr. Maddaloni,
Thank you very much for helping me make up my missed classroom drivers education classes, and for making room for me in your busy schedule for my driving sessions. I realize that you already had plans for the 13th, so I thank you for opening up a spot for me. It is very fortunate for me that you have made room for me to drive, because with school coming up and my fall season sport starting, it would have been impossible for me to have found the time to finish my last lesson. I'm sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience, but I am very grateful for what you are doing. I look forward to driving with you and finishing my last driving session. Thanks again!
Sincerely,
Thomas H.
Hey Mr. M,
It’s Steve. I was going to write you sooner, but I was busy. I loved your class. I recommended you to a lot of my friends at school. Your class was a blast. The book tells us what to do; you show us how to do it. I liked how we would have a blast in the class room, but when it came down to the BTW and observation, you were serious and concentrated on what we were doing. I couldn’t ask for a better guy to teach that class. I’ll try and drop by some day. Stay cool.
Steve H.
Hey Mr. M,
What’s going on? Not so much here just finishing up hockey before training camp and I’m doing summer school (Health=pain in my u know what) but anyways I would like to say thanks for everything I had a blast with you during my sessions and may I say it was an honor to meet you I enjoyed every minute with you and couldn’t laugh any harder with your stories! Well my advice for you is to remember keep your classes fun! Most importantly is you have fun as well otherwise you’re wasting your time!
Thanks again!
Nick D.
When I was driving with you, it helped me so much. I have more control over the car. The hand over hand steering was amazing; I thought it would be hard to learn a new way of steering. After like a half hour it felt so natural. That new method of pulling up to the curb helped a lot also. It’s difficult for me, or anyone, to see how close they are to the curb. That way you taught me (with the grass going under the car) gives me a perfect park every time.
Thank you,
Lucas A.
Hello Mr. Madd,
I just wanted to say man you are more than just a teacher to me, you are like a father I never had. You taught me so many things and not only did you teach me how to drive, you taught me how to be a young mature adult, you set me strait. I wish I could take your class over again, and I just also wanted to say you made learning a fun experience rather than a terrible, long, dreadful, and painful class. It was smooth like butter and by far you were the BEST teacher I’ve ever had. I mean I’ve had karate classes, swimming class, school classes, bike safety school classes, and you blew all of them right out of the water. The class room environment was so friendly an comfortable I couldn’t ask for a better driving education! Thank you so much for being there for me.
Your student,
Kevin H.
Dear Mr. Maddaloni,
My true and honest opinion of the drivers education course you taught was that it was one of the most educational and interesting classes I have ever attended. Not only did you make the class fun and enjoyable but you also got the point across to me and everyone else that driving is NOT a joke. Not only did you teach me about driving but you taught me life lessons. From what I hear from all my friends, everyone says that you’re the best teacher. And I know from my friends in the morning telling me how much fun they're having in your class. Thanks for everything,
Chris Y. 7/3/07
Hey Mister Maddaloni,
I’m not used to being able to write a good letter but here goes.
Well, the class was fun. Mr. Maddaloni was funny and was a great help to us when we were learning in his class. There's always something interesting every time we go into the classroom. The drive times are always helpful. He helps you more than any other driving teachers. In my opinion, I learned more from him than the other two driving teachers.
John H.
I don't think there are enough good words to describe Mr. Maddaloni!!!
Your classes were relaxed yet taught thoroughly. From the beginning it was never stressful yet I felt I was eagerly learning how to drive and more importantly drive safely. I learned that the most important things to remember when driving are: to never panic and use good judgement. The rest will come! And it has. I did well on the tests but not because I had to cram or stress but because you were a great teacher from the beginning and thoroughly explained every situation.
Now, the drive times....wow! The most important aspect you taught was confidence. Confidence in the driver's ability as a driver. As I continue to get my 50 hours I would never have as much confidence in my ability and decision making if it had not been for you and the two drive times I went on with you. Mistakes happen while you are learning but after I made the rookie mistakes with you I can hear your voice inside my head and I know I will never make that mistake again. Partly, because I know it is wrong but also because I know why it is wrong and its consequences. Yet, no matter how many mistakes a student makes... you are always there with a positive! I have confidence in myself as a driver; that I can fix my mistakes and continue become a safe driver. Thanks Mr. Mad!!!
Emily S.
Mr. Mad,
Your class was really fun. You taught us the keys to being a good driver. Also in your drive times you never got angry at us when we did something wrong. Instead you helped us through our problems and questions. As long as we know the smith system we can become good drivers. You taught us all the things we need to know to be good drivers. In your drive times when we did something wrong like the "reverse right turn" you helped us get it right. You are such a good teacher and I’m glad to have had u as one of my teachers. You are the best teacher. => ;)
Sincerely,
Trevor
I really enjoyed my entire driver's education experience. You had a general concern for all your students and helped us all succeed. Although I only had one drive time with you, the one we had was my favorite and most necessary of them all. Mr. Maddaloni you are a great teacher and I wish you only the best in your future.
